We guarantee total satisfaction with every purchase from Bonsai Heirloom. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bonsai, please contact us so we can make it right.

30-Day Replacement or Refund Policy

If your bonsai dies or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Here’s how it works:

  1. Request a Replacement or Refund: Contact us at hello@bonsaiheirloom.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process.
  2. Eligibility Requirements: Please provide details about your concern along with a photo of the bonsai if it arrived damaged or in poor condition. This helps us assess the situation and offer the best solution.
  3. Return Process: If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. We may request that you return the original item to help us improve our quality control.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of live bonsai plants, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period. However, we encourage you to reach out with any concerns, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
