Free Shipping on All Orders

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders* within the continental United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, so you can enjoy your bonsai products with no additional shipping costs.

*For free items (like the Japanese Black Pine Seeds), shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

Currently, our bonsai trees and seeds are only available to ship within the US (48 contiguous states), but all other other products are available to ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Methods

We use reputable carriers to ensure your bonsai arrives safely. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please select one of the paid options at checkout.
